DIRECTIONS

Layer on top of eyeshadow by gently tapping and blending with a fingertip or a flat, synthetic brush.

Makeup Artist Tip: For a concentrated, foil effect, apply two layers of eye topper with a gentle tapping motion to the eyelids. For a sheer wash of glittering color, quickly blend with a fluffy synthetic brush.
